Google has released its homepage new design to some parts of the world at the closing of last year. The new homepage revamp looks much like Chromebook and that is the idea behind the change. Google wants to make it simple and convenient for you to use its products without having to learn new techniques to use each of them.
With a fair smaller grey logo on the left the horizontal menu offer eight categories all of Google’s products such Google Plus, Google Maps, YouTube, and Gmail. Eight of these options expand into further possibilities.
Experts call this new move a promotion of Google’s own brands and I completely agree with the statement. We all know that Google is expanding and making investments around the globe in various projects and with it wants to rule the tech market.
Google has also announced its election extension Google.com/elections, it will give you an insight for Iowa Caucuses’ candidates, tools for journalists, political trends, YouTube link for politics and Google+ link to share your political thoughts with your social circle. It also has a political calendar and much more.
