Recently, Amazon has released tools for creating books using Web technologies, such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
By using above mentioned technologies Kindle-Format 8 (KF8), which is a format supported by Amazon’s tab, will allow authors to create eye-catching books of all categories, with rich format and unmatched designs.
So, now the publishers can give unparalleled looks to their cookbooks, comics, technical, educational or kids’ books and increase their income by using these two graphical tools (Kindle Gen and Kindle Previewer).
“In the coming months KF8 will be rolled out to our latest generation Kindle e-ink devices as well as our free Kindle reading apps,” Amazon said.
The move reflects Amazon’s continuing intention to increase its e-book abilities with old books formats still persistent.
