FXI Technologies has introduced USB sized minicomputer, Cotton Candy, which has Samsung branded 1GHz ARM A9 processor, quad-core graphics chip, and 1GB of RAM. For storage purpose up to 64GB a microSD card slot is also there.
Cotton Candy has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi , and HDMI out. Simply, uncap the device and put power in the USB port and an HDMI cable in the display port. You can either control the interface on your smartphone by using FXI’s application, or you can plug Bluetooth supported keyboard and mouse. Suit yourself.
You can also plug the Cotton Candy in your laptop and utilize the default screen with keyboard and mouse. FXI’s Cotton Candy is ready for pre-order in $199. You will get the choice to run either Android (Ice Cream Sandwich), or Ubuntu Linux for ARM once you plan to buy this minicomputer.
