Nokia stole the Mobile World Congress show with its 808 PureView mainly due to its heavily built 41MP camera that is the first ever camera in the consumer market to support that many megapixels.
Little disappointing about PureView is, or was, built for Symbian Belle operating system which is a dead platform now. Happy news came from SVP of Nokia for mobile phones that PureView will be getting an impending update to Windows (Apollo), but when, that remains a wild guess.
Nokia is planning to release 808 PureView globally soon. With that the Finnish company will further try to make things work in its favor as the flagship Lumia series hasn’t live up to Nokia’s expectations and the struggling time still continues.
Experts comment that Lumia line of smart phones may not return Nokia its previous ruling seat but people will start considering Windows Phone as the next option coming after iPhone and Android phones.
Who knows that for sure, all we know is that fancy tiles of Windows do look cool.
