Rice Cooker e1332092531704 Panasonic To Out Android Controlled Rice Cooker This June
Almost a month ago when introduced Samsung’s smart oven Zipel to you guys I was wondering whether there was a real need to make it Android controlled. I am asking myself the same question today with Panasonic’s rice cooker’s snap in front of my eyes.

The Japanese company has made a rice cooker (SR-SX2) that can be programmed and configured with your Android smart phone. You can program this household item to cook a certain rice recipe with timing that you fed it with. You can also experiment with other settings, if you are fond of cooking.

The rice cooker works with Sony’s RFID smart card system called FeliCa. So, only a FeliCa enabled smart phone can cook the rice for you.

The machine is set to release in June, in Japan.
