Pomera DM100 from King Jim is a digital memo device that has 5.7inch TFT monochrome LCD that is also backlit. It measures 24.5mm at its thickest point and 11.4mm at its thinnest, and comes with built-in keyboard.

It runs on Eneloop AAA, or Alkaline AAA batteries. You can also create tables on it, and save them on an SD card. QR codes are supported for a safer file transfer experience.
