That would have been a real setback for WP7 users to see iOS and Android users playing the wondrous Angry Birds Space and they, themselves, are deprived of this moment. Earlier reports did indicate that Rovio will not be making a Windows Phone 7 version of its latest franchise of the game.
But the Finnish gaming company has rejected the media reports and has announced (in a news on Reuters) “We are working towards getting Angry Birds Space to WP7.” said Chief Executive of Rovio, Mikael Hed.
Angry Birds Space has already hit the iTunes and Google Play.
Hed added “Our mutual goal is to bring the best possible experience to our fans, including all fans using Windows Phone devices.” No final date has been quoted for the release yet.
