Apple Logo. e1335035877716 Apple May Rectify Definition Of 4G In Australia
Apple Inc has finally found an answer to Australia’s allegations over its new iPad that it is not compatible with 4G as marketed by its maker.

Cupertino is expected to challenge the definition of “4G” by Aussies as it says that LTE supported by local (Australian) carriers such as Telstra, Optus and Vodafone is not as same as in US and Canada. The legal battle with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) can make it redefine the 4G definition within the country.

Apple blames that 4G in Australia is very different from “accepted industry and regulatory” standard.

Back in March Apple was demanded to provide compensational tablet to Australian customers who have faced trouble regarding its miscommunicated 4G support.
