Everyday millions of people travel by trains from one location to the other, one city to the other, from one country to another one. The traditional trains are replaced by the technologically improved fastest ones and the race to speed up their operation is still at an early stage. Sword-shaped Train
Since the maker from China, CSR Corp, hasn’t named its bullet train yet but at the end of 2011 it broke the previous record of fastest train with its speed of 311 mph. The test run proved successful example of engineering in which it beat down the record of 300 mph held by Beijing Shanghai High Speed Railway.
CRH380A
This one cruises from Shanghai to Nanjing and then Shanghai to Hangzhou runs at the top speed of 302.8 mph. This capsule looking train is engineered by Rolling Stock Company and CSR Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and has the capacity of carrying up to 494 passengers.
TR-09
This German manufactured train has very neat red paint and runs at speed of 279.5 mph.
Shinkasen
Stealing the number four spot is Japanese train which is powered by 25,000 V AC, and runs at the top speed of 275.2 mph.
TGV Reseau
This French revolution goes through the time at 236.12 mph with up to 377 passengers.
