But hey guys, seriously, I have started feeling tired of this Google’s operating system seeing every manufacturer is adopting it to make money. I know the projections tell us that number of activations per day of Android based smartphones will touch 1.5 million mark by the end of 2013 if it keeps accelerating at today’s rate.
I am also aware of the fact that number of activated users on this platform is to hit 1 billion mark by the November of next year. But I also know the people who want to see something new as they’re sick of Samsung’s strategy to flood the market with Android running smartphones and tablets like it owes something to Google.
HTC, Motorola, LG, Asus, Acer, Archos, and of course Samsung, all going after the search engine giant’s creation. Thank God Nokia, Apple, and RIM are sitting in their own room. At least they offer something different to the users.
Google and Samsung are enjoying huge success by outing the new version of OS and smartphones and tablets, respectively. But it is a short lived joy ride which I wish and hope will be terminated by some company which happens to be more innovative in utilizing Linux in order to develop a next gen of OS for mobile computing.
