It had been a long time since I heard cheerful news about RIM but today the App World, app store for BlackBerry smartphones and PlayBook tablet, has recorded three billion app downloads in the matter of 176 days, merely. And it continues.
That mark amounts to the average 2.5 million downloads each day. The company sends out a straight thanks to some 28000 vendors behind the success of BlackBerry App World.
Research In Motion has been defaced in the consumer market after the roaring success of iPhone, iPad, and Android based smartphones and tablets. We can only wish for a prosperous future for RIM with its upcoming smartphones, along with Microsoft that is confronting same kind of market downfall with its buddy Nokia.
