People who have had always dreamt to travel more than the speed of wind have a great news. A new car has been unveiled earlier this month by Rick Cavallaro and the team.
This new wind-car, having 2.01 times faster upwind speed than that of air, has come up as a modification of the Blackbird’s cart which travelled at 2.86 times the speed of the wind a few years back.
Cavallaro recreated the idea with the help of blades of various pitches, configuring the Blackbird’s wheels for upwind and cross-wind motions and ultimately reversing the whole setup.
Anyhow, the new flying car has been empowered by a counter-intuitive feat to make its flight safer and in no time you would be flying over the air.
