smallest camera1 A Revolutionary Lifelogging Camera

The Scientific team at Memoto has developed the world’s smallest wearable camera for life documentary use.  It has the size of 36 x 36 x 9 mm and has no buttons.  The size and construction of the camera makes it both easy and possible to wear during the whole day in all kinds of weather! The camera has a stainless steel clip that helps you to easy put it on. You don’t need to handle it as an usual camera; instead it takes photographs automatically while you are walking and all pictures, taken every 30 seconds, will be organized on a timeline. They are categorized by date, time and light and can easily be played like a stop-motion video. The camera has a long life battery and a storage capacity that makes it possible to use constantly for two days.

The practical use of the camera will lead to a wide variety in use, and it opens up for a new way of creating a digital life story documentary, both in private and working life. The Memoto app, for both iPhone and Android, helps you to organize the taken photos and to easily share it with family, friends, and colleagues. The app also helps you to share the pictures in social media, like Facebook.

The company plan a release in the beginning of 2013 but are now searching for investors to help them realize the plan. Start the video to get more information or click on the link below to visit the Memoto site for more information. I also place a link to the Kickstarter site where you find more information about the investments needed.  Keep your eyes open for the market release in early beginning of 2013!
